What services are available for differently-abled passengers?
Noida International Airport provides dedicated facilities and trained staff support for passengers with hidden disabilities and reduced mobility, including wheelchair assistance, accessible infrastructure, priority services, and escort assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience.A dedicated Special Assistance Desk and a Porter Desk is located at the Forecourt, for easy access to the passengers.
Is wheelchair assistance available at the airport?
Yes, wheelchair assistance is available upon request through the airline. If the same isn’t pre-booked through the airlines, passengers also have an option to avail paid services, through the Special Assistance Desk at Forecourt.
Are PRM facilities available at the airport?
Yes, 10 accessible parking spaces are available for passengers with disabilities. These spaces are conveniently positioned near the parking entrances and are clearly marked and regularly maintained to ensure ease of access and use.
