Here is your go-to guide for navigating through the airport effortlessly

Flying for the First Time
Before You Fly
If you are flying for the first time, it is best to start with the basics. Keep your flight ticket and a valid government ID easily accessible before you begin your trip. Before packing, take a moment to check your airline’s baggage rules so you know what you can carry and how much weight is allowed. Try to reach the airport on time - it gives you enough time to get through all the formalities comfortably.

At the Airport
When you arrive at the terminal, you will need to show your ticket and government-approved ID at the entrance. Once you are inside, you can head straight to your airline’s counter to check-in or skip the line if you have already checked-in online. After you get your boarding pass, you will have to make your way to the security screening area, where your bags and personal items will be scanned. You will find your boarding gate number on your boarding pass or on the flight information display screens. When it is time to board, just follow the signs and the instructions from the airline staff to get to your aircraft.

You may find it useful to keep your ID, phone, and essential documents in your hand baggage for easy access. For an even smoother, paperless experience, you can opt for Digi Yatra at participating airports. Whenever you need assistance, the airport staff is always available to guide you.
On Arrival
After you land, simply follow the signs that guide you towards the arrivals area. Keep an eye on the flight information display screens - they will tell you exactly which belt your bags will be delivered to, and if your baggage is delayed or does not show up, contact your airline’s baggage service desk for assistance.
