Inform Your Airline in Advance

Notify your airline or travel agent about mobility or medical support needs at least 48 hours before your flight.

Designated Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) drop-off at kerbside - Departure lane 1 (follow the signage and road markings)
  • Entry via kerbside - Arrival lane 1 (look for PRM Assistance signage)
  • Relax while you wait in dedicated PRM lounges at earmarked pick-up & drop-off points near Arrival and Departure

Wheelchair & Ambulift Services

  • Contact our information desk at the forecourt to request wheelchair service
  • Contact your airline directly for Ambulift boarding support

Parking & Transport Access

  • Designated Blue-Badge Parking at parking P1 (follow the signage)
  • A valid disabled permit should be kept handy for verification
