Fast access for passenger pick-up and drop-off

Effortless and Convenient

Dedicated lanes are provided for picking up and dropping off passengers right at the terminal. Vehicles may stop in the Arrival lane for pick-up and in the Departure lane for drop-off, ideal for swift welcomes and goodbyes. Both lanes are located at convenient terminal access points, directional arrows, and signage will guide vehicles and passengers/visitors.

  • Arrival Lane

    Pick up passengers from the terminal forecourt. Follow the signs for the right lane. Lane 2 is for private car pickup, while P1 (Parking) is for commercial and app-based cabs (Dedicated zones).

    Note: Please keep your stop under 5 minutes.

  • Departure Lane

    Drop off passengers and unload the luggage right at the terminal forecourt. Please keep your stop under 5 minutes. Lane 1 is for private cars, and Lane 2 is for commercial and app-based cabs.

  • Parking for Longer Stops

    If you need to stay for more than 5 minutes, use the nearby short-term parking to avoid additional charges. Parking is available at P1 (Parking) with charges as per the tariffs.
