Plant Quarantine Certification Services (PQCS)

The Plant Quarantine Certification Services (PQCS) oversees the import and export of plants and plant-based materials (excluding live plants) to prevent the entry of harmful pests. Travellers must follow PQCS rules and obtain valid permits before importing or exporting such goods.

Transshipment Cargo (TSP)

The Transshipment Cargo Unit manages cargo passing through the airport on its way to another destination, ensuring proper clearance. You must obtain clearance from this body before any transshipment. Animal Quarantine Certification Services (AQCS)

The Animal Quarantine Certification Services (AQCS) issues permits for the export of pets and livestock products. These certifications are mandatory for the import and export of animal products.

Additional Drug Controller (ADC)

The Additional Drug Controller (ADC) approves the export of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, and traditional medicines. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Additional Drug Controller (ADC) is required before export.

Textile Committee Office

The Textile Committee tests and certifies the quality of textile products and machinery for import and export. Shippers and exporters must submit textile samples for testing at the Textile Committee Office at Noida International Airport. The office also issues the Certificate of Origin (CO) and Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) documents for exporters.
