Everything Your Child Might Need
Prams
- One-piece prams and pushchairs can usually be taken to the gate before boarding the flight
- Two-piece prams must be checked in to carry on the flight
- Always confirm with your airline
Baby Food & Liquids
- Milk, formula, and baby food (up to 100 ml each) are allowed in hand baggage
- Declare any baby food, milk or formula separately at security
- Essential items are available at the airport's pharmaceutical store
Pregnant Traveller
- Airlines may require a fit-to-fly certificate
- Airlines may also have travel cut-off dates for pregnant travellers
- Please check with your airlines before booking the ticket
Infant & Minor Documentation
Infants (0–2 years)
- Infants can travel on your lap without a separate seat
- Carry valid age proof for the infant(birth certificate, discharge summary, vaccination record, or passport)
- Without valid age proof, full adult fare may apply
Children (2–12 years)
- Domestic flights: carry a school ID, Aadhaar, or birth certificate for identity verification
- International flights: valid passport and visa (if required)
Unaccompanied Minors
- Report 2 hours early for domestic and 4 hours early for international flights
- Must use the airline’s unaccompanied minor (UMNR) service
- Guardians must submit a signed UMNR or Unaccompanied Minor form at check-in
